這首超抒情的聖誕歌曲是以拍【綠野仙蹤】出名的茱蒂嘉倫於1944年電影【火樹銀花】Meet me in St Louis中一唱成名的，它真的很動人在這個思念的季節尤其讓很多分離兩地的人倍增感傷，世間不能重聚的理由千百種，但只有抱持著希望才是世事最能看出光輝的唯一方法，聖誕節也許是給相知的人在一起過的，但它更是給沒緣在一起的人過的才是，1972年電影【教父】在一場殺戮的前夕用了這首曲子更添血腥漸濃的醞釀氛圍，全球觀眾印象深刻，歷來所有版本中我最喜歡的是木匠兄妹合唱團1978年的聖誕專輯，凱倫妹妹的聲音讓人聽著聽著都會掉出眼淚，她把聖誕時節所需要的所有元素包括原諒和放下、想念和祝福都唱進去了，如果要我選擇最棒的應景歌曲在這冷到骨子裡的急凍年末時，無疑就是這首，所有的懺悔都化成思念，每個夢都因祝福而有了溫度。
