這首我念小學時的西洋流行歌曲我還記得是某張黑膠盜版唱片的B面最後一首，它一開始的警笛大作讓我印象深刻，覺得有大事發生，畫面感十足，雖然是一直等到長大以後才懂這首歌在講啥。"The Night Chicago Died"講的是一個虛構故事，就是黑幫火併甚至跟警方無關但就是湊在一起還把一個警察家庭的安危擔憂涉入其中變得很有戲劇性但其實整首歌就是想像出來的，有模有樣還榮登告示牌排行榜冠軍。主唱「紙花邊合唱團」~Paper Lace 另外有一首比較有名的歌是"Billy Don't Be a Hero"，講述美國南北內戰的故事，就覺得歌可以風花雪月沒血沒肉，也可以講得頭頭是道煞有介事，只要旋律好、節奏夠，都能夠成為畢生記得的歌，每當重哼時都會勾起一段非常快樂的記憶，開心又熟悉，清晰又神奇。
