尼爾希達卡是誰？他就是那個唱出60年代經典歌曲"Oh,Carol","One Way Ticket"的傳奇人物，傳奇在哪？傳奇在他竟然可以突然銷聲匿跡10年排行榜不見任何一曲蹤影，然後又平地一聲雷1974年在友人艾爾頓強推波助瀾下推出"Laughter in The Rain"東山再起雷霆萬鈞攻上排行榜冠軍讓人重新想起他並且歡迎他光芒萬丈歸來，距離他上一首冠軍歌曲"Breaking up is Hard to Do"已隔12年之久。我是17歲時著迷朱天心《擊壤歌》一書看到她裡面描寫中山北路上島咖啡午後椰林樹影戶外慵懶氛圍伴著這首【雨中歡笑】於是去找來聽，驚為天人，多年後分發去澎湖當兵某日雨中除草大家分散各地很像獄中犯人忙裡偷閒生活沒人看到你打混摸魚就蹲在一角自己的天地我還記得我仰著頭淋著雨竟然哼起這首"Laughter in The Rain"至今都仍忘不了那一刻快樂的自己，它是那麼飽滿地歡樂地勇敢地激發我血液中樂觀的一面熬過離島的歲月......好聽★★★★★
